Kenneth Cho, Esq. – CEO / Managing Attorney

With over 10 years of experience, Kenneth Cho has specialized in and exclusively practiced Workers’ Compensation defense. He has litigated cases throughout Southern California and defended claims with various big-name self-insured employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. He has built a professional reputation amongst law firms across Southern California, making his style of practice effective and efficient. Kenneth Cho prides himself on getting the best results through creative settlement negotiation tactics to achieve settlements in even the most difficult cases, which has placed him in various panels and exclusive accounts throughout his career. This allowed him to etch a professional and aggressive reputation in the Workers’ Compensation community.

Kenneth Cho is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree at Glendale University College of Law by attending the evening program which allowed him to work full-time in a California Workers’ Compensation law firm and start a family.

Kenneth Cho is admitted to practice law in all California State Courts, as well as Federal Courts. Mr. Cho is also active in the workers’ compensation community and currently serves on the Orange County Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section as Section Chair.

 

Boim Kelly Choi – Associate Attorney

Ms. Choi joined our office in 2024 as an associate attorney specializing in Workers’ Compensation defense.  Previously, she has gained experience in negotiations, mediations and alternative dispute resolutions while working at shipbuilding and energy industry internationally for major public and private sectors including POSCO Energy, Korean National Oil Corporation and STX Offshore and Shipbuilding as general in house counsel in South Korea.  Her specialties consist of document drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts through various forums.  She was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2011 and has now been admitted to the California Bar in 2023.

 

June Kim – Hearing Representative & Certified Notary Public # 2426146

Ms. Kim has been an integral part of the Law Office of Kenneth Cho from the start up stage taking on various tasks throughout the office including human resources and accounting.  Her enthusiasm and hard work has elevated herself as our lead hearing representative specializing in lien litigation.  As a graduate of Cal State University, Fullerton, she double majored in accounting and piano while managing a full-time job.  She dedicated her time in furthering her credentials by becoming a certified notary public for the State of California.
